Arthur R. York

Arthur's practice focuses on defending clients in all stages of personal injury litigation. Before going to law school, Arthur worked in the Atlanta Braves' Public Relations department and as a case clerk in the litigation group of a large Atlanta law firm. During law school he completed a judicial externship with the Hon. Judge Ben Studdard in Henry County and worked in the major felony trial division of the DeKalb County District Attorney's office. He also served as a faculty research assistant and was selected as an alternate for the Mercer Mock Trial team which defeated Harvard and the University of Houston en route to winning the 2009 American Bar Association Mock Trial national championship in Chicago.

Arthur serves on the Advisory Council for Covenant Community, Inc., a non-profit organization which helps men with substance addictions repair their lives and relationships. He trains in American karate, boxing and jiu-jitsu and also enjoys backpacking, basketball, soccer, and attempting to play golf. A long suffering Atlanta sports fan, Arthur lives in Grant Park with his wife, Anna, and their hound dogs Rudy and Bingo.
